The Central Maryland Railway: a G-Scale model railroad in Baltimore, MD

        Welcome to the blog for the Central Maryland Railway, an outdoor G-Scale model railway currently somewhere on the spectrum between concept and reality. This blog is written by myself, Tom Mackay, and the idea is to illustrate the progress of the railroad, highlight interesting projects and to encourage others to join in, because model railroading is most fun when others are involved.      What I now call the Central Maryland Railway today dates its infancy back to my own, in the early 1990's when I began my G-scale train collection with a single New York Central Pacemaker box car.
